A sense of nostalgia, for things I have never experienced. That’s what I felt. It was shot in France – from Paris to the pays Basque (Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz). There is also 1 scenery shot of Sao Paulo Brazil, and 3 shots of NYC (Subway and city).
Delicate. Nicely done. I must agree that this is beautiful and touching, sad and hopeful. It elicits many emotions and the images are breathtaking. Nice journey. Like a dream. You feel the small stories in every person. Wonderful music, inspiring images … I hope you’ll like it too.
The World’s First Flying Hotel
Stay at the Hotelicopter! Few month ago I was telling you about a new hotel into a airplain in Stockholm. Now, it’s time for something else. The team from Hotelicopter has been working to modify a soviet-made Mil V12 (since 2004) into two world firsts: the „world’s biggest helicopter” and the „world’s first flying hotel” which sets new standards in luxury: 18 lavish rooms; each soundproofed room comes with a queen-sized bed, fine linens, a mini-bar, coffee machine, wireless internet access, flatscreen TVs and a range of amenities you’d look for in a flying five star hotel. This gigantic flying machine has other features that include private entertainment systems, showers, spa treatments, Jacuzzi, yoga classes, arcade gaming, a tea garden, Babysitting & Kids’ Kamp, blackjack/ping-pong table and playground for kids.

O camera la Hotelicopter! Cu cateva luni in urma va scriam despre primul hotel amenajat intr-un avion langa Stockholm. Astazi am ceva mult mai spectaculos: echipa de la Hotelicopter a muncit la modificarea unui model de fabricatie sovietica Mil V12 (din 2004) in doua premiere mondiale: „cel mai mare elicopter din lume”, iar cea de a doua „primul hotel zburator din lume”. Acesta stabileste noi standarde in domeniul luxului: 18 camere generoase; fiecare izolata acustic si dotata cu un pat queen-size; linii fine pentru design, mini-bar, coffee machine, acces internet wireless, TV flatscreen si alte rafinamente pe care nu le cauti decat la hoteluri de 5 stele. Aceasta gigantica masina zburatoare va ofera deasemenea sistem privat video-audio, dus, tratamente spa, Jacuzzi, cursuri de yoga, o gradina de ceai, supravegherea copiilor, mese de blackjack/ping-pong si loc de joaca pentru copii.
Spot Honda cu pixeli … auto
Agentia W+K, divizia Amsterdam, dupa „oieritul extrem” din Noiembrie 2008 cand au acoperit toata turma de oi cu ghirlande de beculete pentru spotul Sheep LED (l-ati vazut si aici), recidiveaza si vine cu ceva nou (si totusi vechi). Noul spot pentru Honda ce ne arata imagini „pixelizate” de farurile masinilor! Spotul TV de 60″ „Let It Shine” pentru Honda Insight. Are scopul de a intari pozitia Honda ca si lider in tehnologia auto hibrida. Am ales filmul care contine si making-off-ul ca sa puteti vedea cum a fost realizat, iar ultimul minut este spotul Honda.
A new Honda ad
W+K agency, the Amsterdam office, since November 2008 when they covered all those sheeps with LEDs for Sheep LED ad spot, is coming with a new one. Honda’s new ad features pixels made of car headlights! 60″ TV spot ‘Let It Shine’ for Honda Insight. Is meant to reinforce Honda’s position as a leader in automotive hybrid technology. See in the same movie the making off first and at the end the Honda ad.

Daca cei de la KFC au o reclama ce se vede din spatiu, presupun ca ceea ce si-a dorit artistul acestei opere mi se pare rezonabil. Intr-o incercare de a crea o opera artistica sub cerul liber vizibila cu Google Earth, Henk Hofstra – artist olandez – a folosit 4.000 litri de vopsea bleu in valoare de 75.000 Euro, sa acopere 1.000 m de drum in Dratchen, Olanda. Jumatate din costuri au fost acoperite din fondurile municipalitatii. Desi se poate citi clar “Water is Life” scris cu litere de 8 m inaltime pe latimea drumului din elicopter, Blue Road este creat in memoria raului ce odata a curs prin aceasta locatie. Dar inca nu apare pe Google Earth… inca.

Water is life
A quite unusual urban art installation called the „Blue Road” is an example of what mind-blowing urban public art can be. It’s a memorial to nature, but it’s also just plain awe-inspiring. There’s even a few cool tidbits along the road, like a sinking car. The sight is quite beautiful and inspiring to drive along!
